Participant Registration: You must be a registered HackRU participant to submit a project through Devpost.

Team Limit: The maximum team size is 4 people.

Originality & Building Period: All projects must be built from scratch during the hacking period—between 12:00 PM on Saturday, October 10 and 10:00 AM on Sunday, October 11.

You are not allowed to submit a project built before the start of hacking or a project built at/submitted for another hackathon.

Any hack found to have been created prior to the event or submitted elsewhere will lead to automatic disqualification.

Track & Superlative Limits: You must submit your project to only one track. Submitting to multiple tracks results in automatic disqualification. You may select a maximum of 2 superlatives per project.

In-Person Judging Requirement: All members of your team must be present in person at your assigned table during judging beginning at 1:00 PM ET on Sunday, October 11 to present your project and answer questions.

Prize Pickup: All prize winners must be present in person to sign for their prize when announced at 3:30 PM ET on Sunday. No exceptions.

Disqualification: Any project that fails to meet eligibility or submission requirements will be disqualified and will not be considered for any prize.
